TERMS & CONDITIONS

All the models are self employed and responsible for their own tax and national insurance.

All clients’ payments are made out to Swanktalent Ltd and Swanktalent will pay the model.

Rates are fully inclusive with the exception of travelling expenses, being the cost of the models train/taxi/aeroplane fare.

All bookings where models are asked to travel abroad require a 50% deposit.

Studio over-runs will be accommodated subject to availability. Please refer to published rate card for rated post 6pm and at weekends. Cancellations with less than 48hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

Payment terms: 7 days. Late payments are subject to a 20% surcharge.

Prop hire and other third party purchases are subject to a 20% mark-up and minimum charge.
